I was approached by Emerald Farm, a botanical extract and wellness company based in County Wicklow, Ireland, to create illustrations of some of their most important botanical ingredients, treading a line between stylisation and realism to convey the extraordinary properties of these plants and flowers. The images were initially drawn in Illustrator, making clever use of brushes and symbols, then coloured in Photoshop.
