Commissioned by Science Gallery London to visually scribe a discussion between the musician, composer and genius Matthew Herbert and a panel of food experts, scientists, and people straddling both camps.

I worked in markers and ink on a long scroll of paper, unrolling it as I wrote and drew to process some of the tastier nuggets of a fascinating conversation.
