I designed, illustrated and created a comic strip for this zine, in collaboration with People’s Palace Projects, an enormously inspiring organisation exploring the impact the arts can have on social problems. I attended and live-scribed drama workshops with a group of care-experienced young people, and produced a zine based on their experiences and testimonies, which we took to the Department for Education and presented to the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Children and Families, Nadhim Zahawi. I am enormously proud to have worked on this but even prouder of the young people I worked with!
